QA Lead

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead / Senior QA Engineer to join a fast-paced Agile delivery team. The successful candidate will lead QA activity across manual and automated testing, supporting high-quality software delivery within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead QA activities across assigned projects or workstreams
• Manage and mentor small to medium-sized QA teams
• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases
• Work closely with developers and product teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ensure test coverage across functional and non-functional requirements
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and standards
• Conduct API testing and validate integrations

Experience:

• Proven experience as a QA Lead, Test Lead, or Senior QA Engineer
• Experience leading QA teams (small to medium sized)
• Strong manual and automation testing experience
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• API testing experience (Postman or SoapUI)
